Before we start though, I’d like to share with you a few examples of individuals who created change in organizations
*Many people dream about being a change hero, making one suggestion – like Rosa Parks, an African American civil rights activist, whom the U.S. Congress later called "Mother of the Modern-Day Civil Rights Movement did in 1955 when she refused to obey a bus driver's orders. Suddenly we have a successful transformation that everyone recognizes.
